Worst served customers

Electricity distribution companies have made massive improvements in average CI and CML over the past two decades, but this shines a light on the poorer performance experienced by worst served customers. DNOs are responding with a wide range of proposals to address this. Chris will be leading a deep dive discussion broaching the following issues at ENIC on 13 October:

  • What are the main areas of focus for improving the experience of worst served customers? What does best practice look like?
  • How does the energy transition impact the measures that should be taken to improve the experience of worst served customers?
  • What innovative approaches can be adopted in this area?
