Are you an exhibitor?
You'll find everything you need for support with planning and exhibiting at this year's Summit.

Here you will find useful information to help you plan and prepare for exhibition. This page will be updated from time to time as details are confirmed, including floor plan, exhibition manual, event service order forms and portal, accommodation and visitor deals, and other logistical support.

Health & Safety (H&S) portal

All exhibitors and their contractors who will be on site during construction and deconstruction (breakdown), must complete the safety induction available at the Health and Safety Portal.

Stand designs and other H&S documents must be also submitted and reviewed through the portal by the contractors.

To access the Health and Safety Portal please use the password: EnergySafe23

Full Circle Events & Exhibitions (official event contractor)

Full Circle Events & Exhibitions is the official event contractor and now use an online platform where you can order electrics, floorcovering, carpet, shell scheme nameboards and additional shell scheme accessories.

Please note that each exhibitor will receive a unique username and password from Full Circle (via [email protected]) to be able to log onto the portal. Check your junk/spam folders. If you are using a contractor, ensure you pass on your log in details to them to avoid any delay.

If you are experiencing any technical issues with this service or need help with your orders, please contact Full Circle on 0161 393 3949 or email [email protected].
